From July 27-30, the strengthening southwest monsoon will prevail across the Andaman Sea and Thailand bringing more rain to the country.
North: Cloudy with isolated thundershowers mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phitsanulok, Phichit and Phetchabun provinces; minimum temperature 24-26 degrees Celsius, maximum 35-38°C; southwesterly winds 10-20kph.
Northeast: Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram and Surin provinces; minimum temperature 25-27°C, maximum 34-36°C; southwesterly winds 10-20kph.
Central: Cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkram provinces; minimum temperature 25-26°C, maximum 35-37°C; southwesterly winds 10-20kph
East: Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Chachoengsao, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces; minimum temperature 24-27°C, maximum 30-35°C; southwesterly winds 15-30kph; waves about a metre high and 1-2 metres in thundershower areas.
South (east coast): Cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung and Songkhla provinces; minimum temperature 23-25°C, maximum 34-35°C; southwesterly winds 10-30kph; waves less than a metre high and about a metre in thundershower areas.
South (west coast): Cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rains in Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun provinces: minimum temperature 24-25°C, maximum 32-34°C; southwesterly winds 15-30kph; waves about a metre and 1-2 metres in thundershower areas.
Bangkok and metropolitan areas: Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain; minimum temperature 24-26°C., maximum temperature 33-36°C; southwesterly winds 10-20kph.
