Learn of conductor Thanapol’s journey in music at Central World on Saturday
Classical music lovers can stop off at CentralWorld on Saturday (September 19) at around 5pm to listen to world-class conductor Thanapol Setabrahmana share his musical journey as part of a talk titled “Thai Tham”.
Thanapol made orchestral music an everyday affair in Thailand by arranging compositions with several local popstars like Bodyslam, Tor+ Saksit and Tattoo Colour.
His most recent works include “Gord Nai Jai” performed by Billkin, “Wan Koei Tuen” by GUNGUN and “True Love” by Boyd Kosiyabong, all of which were performed live with backing from the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra at the “Music Heals 2020” event at the Central World Square on September 11.
The event won such overwhelming feedback that it is being streamed on the giant “panoramix” daily from 7.05pm. Bangkokians have until September 22 to enjoy the music.
