Travellers are also invited to sprinkle water over Buddha figures on the ticketing floor at 19 Blue Line and 18 Purple Line stations from April 9 to 16.

Over Songkran, the MRT will also open more counters, extend the pick-up and drop-off period for passengers, and deploy security guards and dogs to ensure safety. Passengers are asked to obey Covid-control measures including temperature checks, social distancing, face masks and check-in/out via the Thai Chana platform.
