Japan's Ambassador to Thailand, NASHIDA Kazuya, has tested positive for Covid-19.

On Saturday, Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on its website that he was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Bangkok.


Also, persons who were close to him are in quarantine.
