The centre meets all requirements set by the Public Health Ministry, ranging from medical service and environment to electrical systems and transport accessibility.

This centre will also be used as a vaccination venue once new cases start dropping.

Part of Bangkok’s National Stadium devoted to Covid patients

The Sports Authority of Thailand has turned the Nimitbut building in Bangkok’s National Stadium complex into a pre-admission centre for Covid-19 patients. The 171-bed centre was set up on Thursday to tackle the rising number of patients.
