“The authority had instructed my son to wait for health officials to come and pick him up for treatment at a field hospital, but several days had passed with no one showing up. So, I decided to put on a PPE suit, get him on my bike, and drop him off at the field hospital,” he posted.

“I was crying all the way to the hospital. Although Covid has kept us apart, I will do everything to make sure that my son is safe,” he said.

The video has become popular on TikTok with more than 477,000 views and over 3,600 comments. Netizens also conveyed their best wishes for the boy's speedy recovery.
