Buddhist Lent holiday cancelled to control virus
The Cabinet on Tuesday cancelled the national holiday on July 27 in a bid to contain the spread of Covid-19 from people travelling.
The holiday marked the start of the Rains Retreat, also known as Buddhist Lent.
