Daily Covid-19 deaths reach new high on Wednesday at 53 deaths with 4,786 new infections
Ministry of Public Health reported on Wednesday morning that in the past 24 hours there are 4,786 new patients who tested positive for Covid-19, 127 of whom have been found in prisons.
Death toll increased by 53, which is the country’s new high, while 2,415 patients were cured and allowed to leave hospitals.
Cumulative cases in the country are at 259,301 with 2,023 total deaths.
