The information was outlined during the 4th Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) Meeting of the Capacity Development Project for Improvement of Management Ability of Water Supply Authorities (Project MaWaSU), held recently in Vientiane.
The purpose of the meeting was to outline project achievements and present WSSEs' annual reports, a data management manual, long-term plan, mid-term financial plan, and water supply guidelines.
