Ja Turbo jets into friendlier turf

The Ja Turbo debate engine is still hot in the wake of the young singer's appearance on television's "Woody Talk", which more than 15 million watched.

Around 14 million of them had something lively to say online after Wuttithorn “Woody” Miltintachinda sliced into her.
Ja Turbo’s latest defender is Kachapa “Mod Dam” tancharoen, who last Thursday had her on the Modernine show he hosts.
He said she should just speak her mind when people condemn her racy stage act.
“And don’t ever let anyone blame your parents,” Mod Dam told her, a reference his audience immediately understood.
Woody had mentioned Ja Turbo’s folks between asking why she isn’t ashamed to show her crotch and why she can’t comprehend how immoral she is.
Ja Turbo had more tears for Mod Dam’s interview, but at least this time she had a receptive shoulder to cry on.

Mai a minute
After 27 years in show business, a lot of entertainers sing “My Way”, take a bow and shuffle off into retirement.
Don’t make Mai Charoenpura laugh.
We’ve just had an exhibition about the actress-singer’s nearly three decades in the trade, and now you can buy the memoir, “Born to Love U”.
She’s been the subject of so much gossip that her own version of events ought to be riveting, but there will be at least one big disappointment: Most of the rumours were only half true, Mai insists.
That includes her relationships with a member of the third sex and, even more scandalously, with a prominent politician.
“It won’t be in very beautiful language,” Mai says as 5,000 copies roll off the presses. “I write like I’m talking to the fans.”
Meanwhile Poly Plus chief Orapan “Nid” Watcharaphol wants to tap Mai’s fun-loving character and chatty entertaining style for a series of live-onstage “talk shows”.
“But I have to do my concert first,” Mai says. She means the long-awaited next big singing-dancing show. Just wait a little longer – it’s in February.
