Who will gain from Yingluck's fall?

As Prime Minister Yingluck is faltering and may soon quit due to her inability to cope with the unsurmountable pressure, someone stands to gain from her fall from grace. And that someone may not even be opposition leader Abhisit or his Democrat Party.

Ever since the current flood crisis took place, Chalerm Yoobamrung has been ultra-quiet. Perhaps he has scored enough points in earlier rounds (weeks) to prove how aggressive or even effective he can be in dealing with the opposition. Perhaps he knows people surrounding Yingluck are, either knowingly or unknowingly, telling her to do all the things that are wrong. Or perhaps he is sharpening his knife for a final cut. Whatever the case may be, when Yingluck does step down, and I’m sure she will, no one else from the Pheu Thai Party will be more suitable for the premiership.
