ST Dimension, partner of Swiss leading luxury watchmaker and jeweller, Piaget, recently hosted an exclusive preview of Piaget’s Limelight collection at Le Normandie, the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.
The event also marked ST Dimension’s 20th anniversary and the company’s commitment and contribution to the watch industry. Suthin Jiramaneekul, founder and president of ST Dimension was on hand to welcome guests.
“Started in La C?te-aux-F?es, a small village in the Swiss part of the Jura more than 130 years ago as a high-precision watch manufacturer, Piaget has built its reputation around its motto ‘always do better than necessary’ and has never compromised on quality while pushing boundaries,” said Eduardo Tartalo, general manager of Piaget South East Asia.
Piaget started jewellery production in the 1960s and quickly made a name for itself with bold creations. The brand is now an inimitable signature in the world of luxury fine watch-making and jewellery creations.
Models wore Piaget’s watches and jewellery to illuminate the event, while other pieces were showcased, including iconic pieces from the Altiplano, Limelight and Black Tie collections. Having written some of the finest pages in the history of ultra-thin movements, the Altiplano collection represents Piaget’s leading craftsmanship in creating ultra-thin movements and ultra-thin watches while the Black Tie collection unveils Piaget’s strong foothold and roots in complications and innovations.
The Limelight collection, which truly exhibits Piaget’s creativity and craftsmanship, presents such concept watches as Dancing Light and Limelight Paris-New York. Also showcased was a sacred combination of elegance, precision and performance in the form of the Piaget Emperador Coussin XL, an exceptional piece for gentlemen.
