Nation International Edutainment and Tesco Lotus are taking their edutainment campaign across the country

Tesco Lotus and Nation International Edutainment Plc (Nine) have launched “Tesco Lotus KidZone on Tour 2012”. Families can enjoy a variety of edutainment activities at eight Tesco Lotus outlets throughout November and December.

Mall and media director Yotin Thavikulwat says Tesco Lotus earlier partnered with Nine to create KidZone@Tesco Lotus at its stores in Bang Na and Srinakharin on a trial basis. It was such a success that it’s now being extended to the provinces.
Check out the fun:
-Tesco Lotus Salaya and Rangsit Khlong 7 from November 3 to 11
- Thung song in Nakhon Si Thammarat and Koh Samui from November 17 to 25
- Phetchabun and Mai Sai in Chiang Rai from December 1 to 10
- Phuket and Krabi from December 15 to 23
Yotin says Tesco Lotus and Nine are discussing further plans for next year for KidZone, which accords with the retail chain’s vow to offer families creative activities.
Nine president Sivaporn Chomsuwan says the Nation Group’s edutainment division is always looking for strategic partners with whom to present fresh public amusements that have educational merit.
KidZone on Tour, he says, includes a parade of six characters from “Canimals”, the hit South Korean children’s show. The youngsters can meet impish penguin Pororo and his friend Crong, baby dinosaur Hamtaro-Ribbon and Super Sentai, the team of Japanese superheroes.
There will also be jigsaw puzzles, painting and many games designed to develop skills.
