Asian Property Development recently launched its latest project, The Palazzo Ratburana, with a stylish party at Sofitel So Hotel Bangkok and special privileges for Kasikorn Bank “The Wisdom” customers.
The event, dubbed “An Exquisite Collection of Masterpieces from The Palazzo”, set out to showcase the art nouveau designs of the new high-end, single-family detached home project, and was hosted by the company’s vice president Visanu Suchatlampong and chief marketing officer Vittakarn Chandavimol, Among the A-listers at the party were Watcharakiti, Kornkanok and Titawat Vajarodaya, actress Grace Mahadumrongkul, business woman Vachira Jitsakdanont, Nuchanat and Anan Raveesangsoon, actress Fonthip ‘Pooklook’ Watcharatrakul and top model Phitsinee ‘Si’ Tanwiboon.
Vittakarn is particularly proud of the new project, pointing both to the central location of the houses and their design.
“The Palazzo Ratburana is only 3 kilometres away from Charoenkrung Road. With a downtown location, you inevitably get heavy traffic so we chose Art Nouveau architecture to provide serenity and ensure homeowners will feel relaxed. With the space spanning 97-200 sq wah, the Palazzo must be considered a rare-to-find, high-end, single-family detached home project,” said Vittakarn.
“The highlight is the blending of natural forms such as flowers, vines and leaves. Colours of different seasons are in the mix such as orange and brown for fall, colours of different plants such as dark green, lime green; and colours of flowers such as jasmine slate white, iris violet, and poppy red,” added designer Thanawat Sukhaggananda. “It’s luxurious and elegant.”
