Volleyball chiefs doing a lot better than others

Immediately after the unbelievable triumph came criticism by Preechachan Wiriyanupappong warning the management of not searching for young bloods soon enough for the future.

That is unfair. Since the age of some star-players is no secret, since 2009, they have successfully replaced four previous newbies with the current four. Of this four, three have proven in this tournament as great help to the six experienced players. They are Thatdao Nuekjang, Atcharaporn Kongyot, Pornpun Kerdprach and Tapaphaipun Chaisri. To date, they have just enough newbies but more would be good. But certainly to ask the management to “get off the ground” to recruit new players was blind to the fact when they have already done so prior to this tournament and continuously doing so as a habit.

Of all the sports associations, this is the only one seems to know what they are doing.
