What a joke!
These protesters have no intention of turning themselves in and the authorities have no intention of arresting them. The protest leaders are out there in the public domain and if the authorities were serious about arresting them they could arrest them today. But that will not happen because the authorities know that it would most likely lead to further violence, injury and death.
That makes the arrest warrants meaningless pieces of paper, adding to the farce of this tit-for-tat game that both sides are playing.
