Now26 will telecast regular updates during the 21-day cycling spectacle, and viewers could see the overall-winner of Yellow Jersey, the Green Jersey for the leader at each stage, the Red Polka Dot Jersey for the best climber, and White Jersey for the best young rider aged 25 or less.
The 2014 Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and cover a distance of 3,664 kilometres with distinctive aspects of the race including challenging rides on hill stages, flat roads and mountains. The event starts in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England on July 5 and culminates at Champs-Elysees in Paris.
The TV viewers will get a rare glimpse of the teamwork of competitors and their determined efforts to win the most prestigious title in cycling in the face of adversity.
The audience will also get to see some stunning aerial photographs via a bird's-eye-view of sites and cities ranging from rural and recreation areas in London and Paris to fantastic routes in Belgium and Spain.
The Tour de France 2014 highlights will be on air on Now26 from July 6 to 28 between 5pm and 5.30pm on week days and from 5.30pm to 6pm on weekends. The rerun of the programme will be from midnight to 00.30am daily.
On, July 6, Thai fans will have a chance to watch the Tour de France 2014 live on a gigantic 16x5m screen at SQ1, Siam Square, from 4pm. Key persons involved in Thai cycling such as former national cyclists, staff coaches, famous actors, news announcers and sports columnists will share their experiences of bicycle races and enhance the knowledge of cycle enthusiasts with their incisive race analysis and back grounders.
Cycles and accessories of world-renowned brands will also be available on July 6 at SQ1, Siam Square.
