Why aren't petrol prices falling in line with crude?

In my home city of Calgary, Canada, petrol prices have fallen by 20 per cent in the last month, reflecting the drop in crude prices.
A litre of regular petrol now costs the equivalent of just Bt28. Can the oil companies please explain why prices here have not fallen in line with the declining price of crude oil?
