Get your motor running, head out on the pavement
A headline in a prominent British newspaper made me smile yesterday: "Police warn four-year-old for riding [bicycle] on pavement". (That's "sidewalk" for the benefit of American readers.)
I wonder just who might be in a position to “warn” police, postmen, motorcycle-taxi drivers and others in Bangkok and elsewhere in the Kingdom for riding their motorcycles on the pavement?
