Rein in the stray dog menace
Play
It was shocking to learn that there may now be as many as 1 million stray dogs in Thailand. The junta should see to it that virtually all dogs are spayed and neutered, crack down on breeders and pet stores and severely punish those who turn their dogs loo
This is the one time I would love to see the junta use their immense powers to solve a problem that is completely out of hand.
