
Pajaree shot a remarkable three-day total of 205 (11-under) at the Kabin Buri Sports Club but was ineligible for the Bt114,000 winner’s cheque since she is still an amateur.
“I’m happy to beat the pros and win for the third time this year. I have been practising a lot for this tournament and was able to play according to my game plan,” said Pajaree. “I now plan to play for the national team in Finland, Singapore and Mexico. I hope to do well in those tournaments too.”
Pimpadsorn entered the event on only two days’ training after recovering from a foot injury but carded 67 for a total nine-under-par 207.
“This is my first event after a long injury so I couldn’t be happier with the result,” said Pimpadsorn, who snaffled the Bt114,000 cheque.
Pinrath Loomboonruang was third, two strokes behind with a total seven-under-par 209 that earned her the runner’s up prize of Bt58,900.
