Worrasorn Hits a 67 to Take Co-Lead in Laem Chabang
22-year-old Worrasorn Suwanpanang shot a second round 67 to share the current joint lead in the Bt3 Million Singha Panasonic All Thailand Championship at the Laem Chabang International Country Club on Friday.
The 22-year-old from Surat Thani sprinkled his round with five birdies and an eagle on the 18 th against three bogeys for a total nine-under-par 133 at the par 71 7,020 course.
“I was happy with my game although there was a few mistakes. About the eagle chip, I only expected to make a birdie but the ball rolled into the hole. I was a bit astonished,” said Worasorn who was sharing the lead with Thanyakorn Khrongpha. The latter was playing through 12 holes.
