The real estate internship will take place for two months from June to July 2017 when the students will learn about the real work process from actual practice under the care of AP Academy, Thailand’s first institute for comprehensive learning in real estate by AP (Thailand).
The training programme focuses on civil engineering – covering every aspect of property building – and marketing and sales.
Once the internship is over, each student will receive a certificate from AP Academy. AP (Thailand) will then select four outstanding interns for the opportunity to go on a study trip to Japan to learn more with Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEC), Japan’s leading full-service real estate company and AP’s business partner. It is AP’s hope that these students will play an important role in elevating Thailand’s real estate industry to international standards.
The students, selected from 1,400 candidates from 19 institutions nationwide, applied for the internship programme via online tests and activities held at AP headquarters.
Pumipat Sinacharoen, Chief People Officer unveiled a company’s commitment to develop people. This is why the goal of AP Open House under AP Academy is to share knowledge and experience while offering students the opportunity to think in systematic fashion and practice skills through hands-on experience. “We want to inspire them to see how we operate in real life as they prepare themselves for their careers after graduation. AP Open House aims to elevate the education of our young generation, who are the future of Thailand, to ensure sustainable growth in our real estate industry. We also hope our contribution will help the country stay competitive internationally.”
