Abhijit Kulkarni, who runs Wall’s Ice Cream for Unilever Thai Trading, says it was an obvious choice for the latest flavour in the Magnum ice-cream bar line. “We’ve got a playful combination here of ice cream and red velvet cake on a stick.”
The formula was designed to match the taste of the cake, as sold in those celebrated pastry shops, with that of Magnum’s Belgian white chocolate and cream cheese. The concept is “Never Stop Playing”.
Magnum Red Velvet contains red cocoa, cream cheese and thick Belgian white chocolate. It’s sold at 7-Eleven, Family Mart and leading supermarkets for Bt5.
