It’s not hard to tell when a sane contributor to the Letters column justifiably touches a nerve belonging to someone else.
This is definitely true of Robin Grant’s repeatedly effective denunciation of the de facto extremism that stains these pages, and the see-sawing desperation of those whose disingenuous prattling descends from the blandly and apologetically inane, to the grotesquely abysmal.
Keep it up, Mr G; I have no doubt that further exchanges will be forthcoming.
