Brewski, the Radisson Blu Plaza’s rooftop beer bar, hosts in the next in its monthly Brew Mixer series next Thursday (April 27).

Foodies and beer lovers will have an opportunity to try five of executive chef Thomas Smith’s delightful dishes paired with selected craft beers from around the world. While indulging in these treats, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Bangkok’s skyline from Brewski’s 30th-floor terrace.

Smith and a member of the Beervana team will be on hand to answer questions about the evening’s beers and foods and share some fun and little-known anecdotes about the evening’s tasting menu.

“Everyone who is serious about beer should make sure to reserve a spot and get ready for a priceless experience,” says Radisson Blu Plaza’s general manager Peter Feran.

Brewski serves a selection of top quality local and imported craft beers. The expansive outdoor space can comfortably accommodate up to 150 patrons and offers an unrivalled location for colleagues, friends, or couples looking for a unique place to meet, eat, drink and socialise. Custom-designed facilities include a state-of-the-art cooling system that delivers 12 international craft beers from the tap to the glass, plus 100 bottled brews and ciders for urbanites to drink-in along with soothing tunes and cityscape views.

The Brew Mixer evening takes place every last Thursday of the month and runs from 6 to 8pm. It’s priced at Bt1,100 net and advance reservations are recommended.
