Brewski at Radisson Blu Plaza welcomes July with the Red, White and Blueski campaign in celebration of America’s Independence Day.
Featuring a frosty new brew and American-style BBQ, the bistro and Beervana will show their American spirit on the night of July by hosting a spectacular rooftop party, where guests will be rewarded with a panoramic view from 30th floor while savouring a crisp BlueSki lager.
This is an evocative German Pilsner that delights the palate with a subtle hint of sweetness and a bold malt flavour. Brewed in the rocky mountain climate of Denver, Colorado, it’s a cool and refreshing craft beer in a class by itself. Resident chef Thomas Smith will be creating a special menu of spicy and savoury “red, white and blue” themed snacks that will complement and balance the hops found in the beer.
“BlueSki @ Brewski is our personal take on Independence Day with our newest craft beer, fantastic food, good music and lots of fun for everyone. May the Fourth be with you!” says Radisson BLU Plaza’s general manager Peter Feran.
The “Red, White and BluSki party will take place from 6 to 8pm and the pint of the day price starts from Bt200. Bookings are required.
