Renowned Japanese skincare brand Shiseido recently celebrated its 145th anniversary and 45 years of presence in Thailand with a special event at the Ballroom of Park Hyatt, Bangkok.

Dubbed “The Infinity of Beauty”, the glittering bash featured an exhibition of Shiseido’s success and its determination to deliver beauty to all women through its seven product lines.
The very first Western drug store in Japan, Shiseido was founded in 1872 by Arinobu Fukuhara in Ginza, Kyoto and has never looked back, cleverly combining eastern spirit and western luxe throughout the last 145 years.
Buntita Prachamorn and Kornkan Sutthikoses performed a mini concert and were followed on stage by an exclusive show by brand ambassador, Natapohn Temeerak and  actor Prin Suparat.
Shiseido’s path from Japan to Thailand started in 1962 through Osotspa, with the company signing a commercial registration as Shiseido (Thailand) in 1972.
The brand is well known for quality products and innovations as well as its high-standard service known as omotenashi.
Today, Shiseido Thailand, led by Tatsuki Nagao, is working hard to create beauty both inside and out for its Thai customers through seven product lines. Shiseido Ultimune to protect and boost the skin, Shiseido White Lucent to brighten the skin, Shiseido Vital-Perfection, which is especially designed for Asian women to revitalise the skin and defy signs of ageing including wrinkle and dark spots, “Shiseido Perfect UV protector”, premium sunscreen and protection products and “Shiseido Makeup”.
Two new lines were launched this month: “Shiseido Future Solution LX”, a range of premium skincare products to nourish skin and reduce signs of ageing, and “Waso by Shiseido”, a range of new natural skincare products for millennial women.
