Feast is turning an ordinary seafood on-ice and buffet display into a blend of Thai style street food and local fish market. Executive chef, Robert Czeschka brings together live cooking stations from the hotel’s restaurants, with Riverside Grill offering BBQ selections grilled-to-your-liking along with salads, dips and sides. Authentic Thai finest cuisine can be found at the Thara Thong station while Giorgio’s corner has homemade pasta tossed in a Parmesan wheel.
And then there’s the dessert table – a sinful spread of rich chocolate, panna-cotta, and traditional Thai desserts.
A new playground caters to the younger crowd with games, toys and shows.
