Attico, the rooftop Italian restaurant at the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, is celebrating autumn with an exquisite and innovative “Wild Game & Truffles” menu through October and November.

Hunting season has officially begun in Italy and chef Matteo is highlighting the bounty of its countryside by incorporating pheasant, rabbit and truffles into his dishes. 
Discover a taste of the Italian woodlands with high-quality imported ingredients that will tantalise your taste buds and satisfy your soul. 
Italian truffles are regarded as one of the world’s most luxurious delicacies, while being universally appreciated for their woodsy aroma and delicate umami flavour. 
Enjoy truffles in dishes such as Pan-seared Sea Bream with Porcini Mushroom & Truffle, and Chef Matteo’s Fontina Cheese Fondue, Shaved Truffle & Crumbled Hazelnuts. 
Truffles also pair well with game, as evidenced by creations such as Rabbit with Violet Artichoke & Shaved Truffle, and Homemade “Tagliolini” in Truffle Cream Sauce & Sausage. 
“Italy has a long history of hunting game and foraging for wild truffles,” notes the hotel’s general manager, Deborah Haines. “We are very proud to bring a small taste of this seasonal tradition to our guests.

Attico is open Monday through Saturday for lunch (noon to 2.30) and daily for dinner (6 to 11).
