Russian role in Skripal attack highly dubious

The US, along with its European lapdogs, are attempting to lead the “world” into war based on dubious claims of Russia’s responsibility for the attempted murder of Sergei and Yulia Skripal.
It is highly likely the perpetrators are the UK and US, based on the history of both countries exposing their unsuspecting citizens to chemical and bio-weapon attacks. The Independent, a UK newspaper, published on July 8, 2015 a report exposing the British government’s use of chemical and biological weapons against its citizens, who did not know they were being used as guinea pigs. These attacks on unsuspecting citizens came from planes, ships and vehicles. The area around Salisbury was targeted by British military aircraft. An attack on the London tube system was carried out in 1964. These are but two examples of many cited in the article.
TruePublica.org/uk published on August 4, 2015 an article citing attacks on US citizens by its government using chemical and bio weapons on unsuspecting citizens. Two of these attacks targeted the New York subway system and the entire city of San Francisco using biological weapons. Some people were killed and many hospitalised. No one knew except the government. The British also showed their lack of humanity using their colony Nigeria as a site to test nerve gas on unsuspecting Nigerians.
Since the UK and US have been shown to knowingly and willingly kill/injure their own citizens to test the efficacy of biological and chemical weapons, is it a far stretch to place suspicion that they targeted the Skripals? We are already seeing the verdict being rendered – will there ever be a trial? Once again, the US/UK’s conspiracy of lies about Iraq’s non-existent weapons of mass destruction comes to mind.
