Plenty of puppies without farms

How timely to read this article after Robin Grant wrote all those letters condemning PETA for being opposed to dog breeding. As the article noted, these puppy mills are causing terrible problems for both animals and society and are greatly contributing to the spread of rabies.   While some breeders are worse than others, they are all causing these problems. For the last and final time, the public should be urged to get their dogs from shelters, temples or the street. And then get them spayed and neutered. Enough of this nonsense already!
