Prayut is not as bad as some make him out to be

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2018

The baht is still strong, the GDP is still moving towards 3.3 and up, infrastructure is being built, corruption has been reined in a little.

Swapping a brother-sister act for the betterment of the country has shown better results than if those two were still raping the country of its assets.
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has done a good job in my opinion. There is no one else I’ve seen who wants to change the image of doing business here.
And yes, I get it, it is a junta that took power, stopped the killings and made political parties retreat to their own corners.
Being the strategist General Prayut is, I doubt very much if anything will change come February.
Having started dismantling processes that have been so ingrained, only short-sighted people think that he is not here for the long run.
