Thailand lose 4-2 to China in the Dubai Cup U23 tournament
Thailand's under-23 national football team went down 4-2 to China on Saturday in the second match of the 2022 Dubai Cup.
The Thai U23 team are now struggling in the international tournament after losing both their opening matches.
