Setting a milestone for the prime minister

As the flood-related death toll has reached 529 and counting, perhaps PM Yingluck should consider setting a "milestone" for herself on when to quit.

If she doesn’t know what would be an appropriate number, how about 1,000? Even the great Angulimala stopped at 999.
In fairness, we cannot put all the blame on the PM. Nor is she “directly” responsible for the 529 deaths, for the same reason we cannot put all the blame on [former PM] Abhisit for 93 deaths. But knowing that some deaths could have been prevented with better crisis management, should the PM not set a milestone for herself?
