Perhaps if Khun Yingwai had researched Chinese history more completely, he or she would realise that Tibet was independent for roughly 200 years after the 12th century, and that parts of modern China, including Xinjiang, were part of Tibet before that.
Is China going to recognise that history? Almost all borders have been in flux at some point in history. This is just more immature posturing from Beijing.
