I like a smile first thing in the morning.
I enjoyed the quotation “Don’t forget the fact that Thaksin is a master of the polls. His decision is always based on the scientific principle.” Clearly the speaker’s memory does not go as far back as 2006 when Thaksin fell over his own feet and landed up in exile.
My smile was more rueful regarding the tongue-in-cheek rhetorical question “Will political intervention determine who takes the reins at THAI, MCOT, four banks? Why spoil a one hundred per cent record? It is not surprising that there are no inside candidates at THAI. Why throw away the job you have by applying for a job you cannot get?
