Tourism and trash in Pattaya

The fairly new Second Road in Jomtien has become a garbage dump. Many of the tour buses park there at night and pick up the tourists next day. That's great.
The problem is that most of the drivers throw all their trash out of their bus into the gutter, into storm drains that go to the ocean, or onto the walkway and the bushes next to it, making this new area a smelly, contaminated eyesore.
The Pollution Solution Group has put posters next to the storm drains in Thai with added English, Russian and German.
One would think (or at least we do) that if these drivers care about Thailand and the environment, they would put their trash in a dumpster along the way or leave it at the hotel pick-up place.
We are pretty sure many of these buses are not from this area, but they trash it without a second thought.
We wonder whether the bus companies are aware of what their drivers are doing.
