The Nation has no reputation of being a mouthpiece for any party, even for our own nation and Thai governments. We praise and criticise all leaders equally. No leader in this region and other regions escapes media criticism. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen is not exempt and his moves and political activities have been consistently reported since he surfaced as public figure in this region three decades ago. We reserve the right to praise him when he does well and to criticise him when he does wrong.
The Nation is not paid by any party to defame your leader. Our articles are based on documented information and we have never made groundless or fabricated allegations against him.
