Don't blame everything on Suthep

Some are criticising Suthep Thaugsuban for leading anti-Thaksin demonstrators to seize various ministry compounds. But this is heaping too much blame on one individual.
Just two weeks ago Suthep himself had no inkling his speeches at the Democracy Monument rally would draw so many to show their hatred for Thaksin Shinawatra and his cronies.
Members of the huge and growing crowd, having had their frustrations suppressed for so long, were ready to go anywhere, do anything. So far there has been no incident that would spark bloodshed. Hence Suthep should be commended for the non-violent style of his leadership. The demonstrators are also displaying the necessary good manners and humbleness.
If anything bad should happen, it will be only as a result of the recklessness of the Yingluck government.
