Believe it or not I actually agree with some of the points Thomas Turk made in his letter (although his comment that consuming
cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease is off the wall).
In regard to his complaints about the dairy industry, for 30 years I’ve been asking why I should believe that humans are the only species that needs to drink the milk of other species,
or needs to drink any milk at all once too old to be breastfed.
If anyone can ever answer my questions I will literally eat this letter and wash it down with a glass of milk!
