Thai FA boss Worawi to face court trial

The Criminal Court has accepted a case against Football Association of Thailand president Worawi Makudi filed by Thai Premier League club Buriram United over alleged document forgery.

Owned by Newin Chidchob, who has clashed with Worawi on a number of issues, Buriram accuse the Thai FA boss of forging the association’s revised regulations before registering them with the Department of Provincial Administration.
The trial is slated to start on January 26.
