I find it amazing that people can support the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). It’s an American-written deal for corporations to skirt national laws.
If a company feels it isn’t being allowed to exploit a given country enough, it can sue that country for damages. These companies are only accountable to a court of their creation. Say goodbye to affordable medicine .The environment will take even more of a backseat due to corporate greed. Patent and copyright regulations will be enforced harshly, possibly meaning arrest for downloading from the Internet. Do you want to hand the keys to the country to a bunch of corporations?
