Square beckons with prawns and oysters

With delicious fare fresh from the ocean, the Prawns and Oysters Seafood Buffet continues through October at the Novotel Bangkok Impact’s restaurant the Square.
Executive chef Chin and his team stock the buffet daily with three kinds of oysters – Fine de Claire, Normandy and Korean – and fresh river-prawns that will be grilled to perfection and served with spicy dipping sauce.
On top of that, there are crab, mussels, snails, sushi, carved meats, salads and a wide range of hot dishes, plus great desserts like chocolate fountains, cakes, ice cream and Thai favourites.
The buffet costs Bt1,499 and is available Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3 and from 6 to 10.
