HONG KONG fashion brand eq:iq welcomes winter by adding playful details to its latest collection of easy-to-match apparel and footwear designed to suit the urban lifestyle of the digital-savvy millennial.
The designs are divided into four themes. The Rouge series uses monochromatic styling in a deep, rich red to reflect the dark romanticism of punk while streetwear-inspired elements are added to sweaters and zipper pullers, with distressed yarns, quilted or bomber jackets ushering in a mild punk and urban context. 
The dark night floral prints on skirts, bell-sleeve dresses, and peplum blouses are styled with studded velvet platform boots, and leather pointed boots with metallic heels. Volume is increasingly important as seen in elongated bomber jacket, extra size down jacket, loose cigarette pant trouser suit and split-hem mohair jumper.

The Leaf a Life line uses warm tones of olive, khaki, army green, garnet and orange fire to reflect the energy and golden light of dawn and dusk, celebrating the beauty of autumn. Complemented by all-over floral embroideries or prints and 
 military details, the extra layers of clothes and scarves like the extra-large cocoon down jacket, double-breasted short jacket, over-the-knee boots, belted shoulder strap military coat and combat lace-up boots are perfect for the winter weather. 
The Blue Moon collection reflects the dual perspective on nature and traditional elements, with a masculine look updated through relaxed urban silhouettes as seen in black jumpsuits, check loose-fit trousers and cocoon jackets. Giving classic shapes a modern spin, the black A-line jackets and crop tops are adorned with shiny sequin flakes and styled with uneven hem satin skirts and high-neck black flannel jackets are enhanced with pearl-studded patent boots, channelling a romantic rock feeling.

The Scani Life theme, meanwhile, brings forth pieces heavy on monochrome shades, architectural shapes, and functionality for daily wear. Quilted long-line down jackets, contrasting front knit tunics, printed tracksuits, and bomber down jackets all feature urban black and white elements and sports-casual wear details for an athleisure look. 
The same street-cool and active spirit is also extended to footwear, which includes high-top sock trainers, fur boots, pearl-studded loafers, shiny boots, contrast sole oxfords and do-ring embellished suede boots for the daily commute.
