Andy Leitner, you make good points about potential dilemmas at the 2022 World Cup. But since Qatar has lots of money, which talks louder and louder these days, the desert state could host the Winter Olympics if it really wanted to.
Changing the subject to Trump and the book by Michael Wolff, the US president had already been figuratively stripped naked by mainstream media and so had nothing left to hide. So I see no reason why he was furious about Wolff’s unflattering portrait in “Fire and Fury; Inside The Trump White House”. The only explanation I can think of is that he feigned his fury. Perhaps Trump, Steve Bannon and Wolff are colluding to boost the book’s sales. If so, Nigel Pike has fallen for it like a dumbbell. 
The book is hollow, tells us nothing new about Trump and should be renamed “Fart and Flatulence”.
