A National Anti-Corruption Commission panel has finished its initial investigation into the allegation that former MPs swiped their ID cards to register votes for their colleagues in Parliament, NACC secretary general Sansern Poljiak said.

Sansern said the panel would recommend the anti-graft agency file a lawsuit against the MPs for allegedly violating Article 157 of the Criminal Code.
The former MPs were attending a session in Parliament when it convened to consider a charter amendment on the composition of the Senate.
Sansern said some of the ex-MPs, seen doing this on a clip on YouTube, may also face legal action.
