MAI to start Yangon-Seoul direct flight service on December 3


Myanmar Airways International (MAI) is going to begin Yangon-Seoul direct flight service between Myanmar and the Republic of Korea (ROK) on December 3.

The MAI made this plan in partnership with Meebang Air Agencies to enter the flight service market of ROK.
“I feel glad to be able to appoint Meebang as our agent. Their skillful performance, ticket selling methods and implementations of flight market are our beliefs. We will promote the brand of MAI together with Meebang. New plans for Korean travelers will be created,” said the Chairman of the MAI.
The MAI already planned to begin a direct flight service to ROK, four times a week in December.
Based at Yangon International Airport and Mandalay International Airport, the MAI is providing regular flight services to Bangkok, Singapore, Guangzhou, Gaya and Kolkata and chartered flight service to China.
Recently the MAI has started the flight service to Fuzhou, the fifth airlines connecting to China.
Based at Yangon International Airport, the MAI is now providing flight service to Hangzhou once a week and based at Mandalay, flight service to Hangzhou twice a week.
The MAI secured the most secure and safest airline award. AirlineRatings.com (World’s only safety and product rating agency) presented 7 star Rating award to the MAI.
