The footage was recorded near Viking Cave of Noppharatthara Beach-Phi Phi Islands National Park, revealing rare sights of turtles and seahorses.
It was reported that the reeves came back to the area during the Covid-19 pandemic, as people were prohibited from visiting the park.
Wisut Pandam, Krabi’s Immigration police officer, who recorded the video, said that he wanted to share the experience with other people so that they would want to visit the province.
He also said that besides turtles, seahorses and reeves, shark whales were also spotted swimming 8-10 metres under the sea.
