Isolated heavy rains in North, Northeast and East today

The North, the Northeast and the East are expected to continue seeing isolated heavy rain, the Thailand Meteorological Department said today (August 19), warning people in these regions to beware of the severe conditions.

Here’s the weather forecast for the next 24 hours:
North: Cloudy with thundershowers in 70 per cent of the area and isolated heavy rains; temperature lows of 22-25 degrees and highs of 27-34 degrees Celsius.
Northeast: Cloudy with thundershowers in 70 per cent of the area and isolated heavy rains; temperature lows of 23-25 degrees and highs of 28-34 degrees Celsius.
Central: Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 60 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 24-25 degrees, highs of 33-35 degrees Celsius.
East: Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 60 per cent of the area and isolated heavy rains; temperature lows of 24-26 degrees, highs of 32-34 degrees Celsius; waves a metre high and 1-2 metres during thundershowers.
South (east coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 30 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 23-25 degrees, highs of 33-35 degrees Celsius; waves a metre high and 1-2 metres during thundershowers.
South (west coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 30 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 23-25 degrees, highs of 32-34 degree Celsius; waves a metre high and 2 metres during thundershowers.
Bangkok and surrounding areas: Cloudy with thundershowers in 40 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 25-26 degrees, highs of 34-36 degrees Celsius.
